I think I cried through that whole day, on the west coast we woke up to it. Terrible.
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get along so awfully
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get along so awfully
So we're different colours
And we're different creeds
And different people
Have different needs
It's obvious you hate me
Though I've done nothing wrong
I've never even met you
So what could I have done
I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get along so awfully
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get along so awfully
Help me understand
Help me understand
Now you're punching
And you're kicking
And you're shouting at me
And I'm relying on your common decency
So far it hasn't surfaced
But I'm sure it exists
It just takes a while to travel
From your head to your fist
I can't understand what makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get along so awfully
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get along so awfully
I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand
I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand
I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand

MAN THINKING ABOUT THIS FEELS LIKE IT JUST OCCURRED. I have a special e-mail that I will sending to all persons I want to share with on that day which would be this coming up Monday if you would like I can e-mail this to you, You may want to share by passing it on. I was in 4th grade, and I was in math class at my elementry school. The day was a normal day: My teachers lecturing, the recess activities, and everything. We hadnt recieved any information. So then, on the school bus home, me and my friend overheard some talking, but we didnt know what was happening. Then, at home, I learned the news: The planes crashed into the twin towers and the pentagon. At first, me being an idiot 9 year old, wondered what the big deal was if no one died. I was badly scolded and told over 1100 people died in the tower. then, 180 people died in the pentagon. Thats when I realized it was of serious importance.

Quietly remembering the victims from that darkish day... in case you've self belief on your coronary heart that what you're saying is authentic, then on your coronary heart it would want to really be so. yet basically as truly do i trust that it replaced into an attack with the help of extremists Muslims on the middle of capitalism and commerce contained in america, geared in route of causing maximum causalities with out regard for the sanctity of human existence. And to state that the Taliban wiped clean up the poppy cultivation in Afghanistan organic fable, they used it to finance there conflict on civilization. Islam may propose peace to you yet there are countless that see it because the banner of demise and destruction for all non Muslims.

Yes. I was at the gym working out and the TVs were on with no sound. I glanced up, saw the buildings burning, and went back to my workout. I thought it was the movie "The Towering Inferno". When I got to work I found out what really happened.

of course. i was at work and from my desk i could see a tv, and saw the smoke from the first plane & thought it was a fire, but they kept showing it & i got up and went up to the tv and told all my co-workers. we closed the bank and went home and i sat on the couch and watched in horror all afternoon as i waited to hear about my brother-in-law and his brother who worked in NYC in Manhattan and his brother was a NYC cop who had to literally run for his life when the buildings collapsed. my brother in law is an iron worker and was up on a building and the second plane flew right past him. it took them forever to get home and i didnt find out til 10pm that his brother was ok. alot of people died that day, may God bless them and their families.
