A lot of people believe there is.
However, proper scientific tests have never found anyone who can read minds or see the future in a reliable, repeatable (and therefor testable) way.
There is no mechanism that we know about that would allow anyone to read minds or see the future. If such a mechanism were found to exist, it would change *everything* we know about science.
There are rational explanations for all anecdotes about reading minds and seeing the future. They can be explained as simple fraud and tricks (google Derren Brown, who can repeat many of these tricks, but who acknowledges that they are just tricks). Of course, some people genuinely believe that they can read minds or see the future, but they are probably deluding themselves (google "confirmation bias").
I am a skeptic. Because there is no firm evidence that real "powers" like this exist, but there is a lot of very hard evidence that "powers" like this can be faked, or misunderstood, I suggest to you that there is No Such Thing as mind reading or telling the future.
Go and read the archives at www.randi.org - it's not a balanced site by any means, but it has many examples of people who claimed to be able to read minds or tell the future, but who were subsequently found unable to do so.

Reading minds is very different from telling the future. There are very different ways of reading minds. Some people read auras. Once you think of something it transmits to your aura and some people can read it there. Some people have psychic connections with other people and can read each others minds. I have this type of connection with a few of my friends.
As for telling the future, nothing is set in stone.. Bottom line., If you get your cards read, or your palm or any other form of fortune telling if can be changed. I have read cards and they have come true.
A lot of palm readers or tarot readers give vague answers and when they see a reaction from you they give you more vague answers until they hit something big. But a lot of it depends on you. You can do what they say or you can change it. Anything else you can write me and I'll be glad to answer. I saw you had some other questions posted here.

As far as reading minds, I don't believe there is anyone out there who can read your mind like a book. I believe it's possible to catch glimpses of thought, and of course there are people who are experts at reading body language as well.
Telling the future - I know I can't, even with tarot cards. I haven't personally seen anything to indicate it's possible. But I'll keep an open mind.

There is but you have to be careful of who you ask. No good psychic will tell you they have the lottery numbes or can tell you your next love. If they do...run... I've read tarot for 25 years now and have found that what I "see" is flowing..like water. One reading may differ from the next but the same question asked by the same person a day later will probably be different. It all depends on how you've changed your own flow of life. I know it sounds weird, but that's what I've found.

That depends greatly on your definition of telling the future and reading minds. Psychologists can predict what you are going to do based on your actions and reactions. On the other hand if you are talking of scrying or divining, those are both very subjective and they don't tell exactly what will occur, they give you a possible future based one what your actions of the past and the energy you are presenting now are telling them.

Sure there are such people ! My "mother" was . She just always seem to know whenever I , or any of her children were up to "no-good" !! She was in-fact, one of the very best phyics i've ever known .

Yes. Some members of my family have been to Mexico and talked to 'witch doctors'. Without saying a word these people explained to them intimate details about their life and of the events to come in their lives. I repeat; without even asking a question. There are many phonies out there but there are legit gifted people.
