Yeah because 70% of the Human Body is made out of water, so drinking water will help. You also need to drink water when you sweat a lot to keep from dehydration. Another thing: Meat Eaters who usually cry cries out salt water. Vegetariand who cry cries out clean water. (Just wanted to let you know) ^_^
