How do you check how much virtual memory or memory is left on a computer..(Windows xp)?

ctrl alt delete and go to the performance tab.

Right click on the task bar (the one where the Start button is found), select Task Manager and choose Performance. It will give you all the details.

I had that error a couple of weeks ago.. never figured out how to check it and how to increase it.. If you find out please let me know!
