I do not want to get rid of the tint. I am going darker and debating weather to layer or remove the factory tint.

The only way would be to replace the tinted windows with new untinted glass.

If it's a factory tint, it's done with coloured glass. There's no removing it.

All window tint can be removed.

No they can't, the tint is applied to the inside of the window between the panes of glass.sorry, you didn't say what type of windows, house or cars. if it is auto, then i am not sure.

its not tint from the factory its colored glass

gm is embedded in the glass before it takes the shape of a window so no not on gms

yes, it's just peeled off. I would have it done at garage, it may cost $20 -$30 but it's worth it, it's a PAIN & messy!!!
