My boyfriend has "backne" and honestly I dont really care. Its kinda gross to be sure, but he's completely awesome otherwise so it doesnt matter. Bottom line- if a girl likes you how she should, she wont care too much. If you are looking to get rid of it though. I notice that my bf doesnt use a loofa or bath poof and rubs the soap on himself directly. You might want to use something that will exfoliate your skin like a loofa or bath sponge and also use a body wash specifically made for breakout prone skin. Another thing that helps is if you work out a lot dont stay in your sweaty shirt for a long time. Immediately shower and change once you get home. Hope this helps.

Not in the large scope of things. It is better than having it on his face. I have it on my back. He offers to wash it for me. Maybe yours can do the same. Just buy a bar of soap called panoxyl. Expose your back to sun 10 minutes a day. See if that doesn't help. Also go shirtless or wear loose cotton as much as possible. Good Luck!

its kind of gross but the big picture is more important but to get rid of it get a cleanser with salicylic acid i think biore has a cleanser for body acne

You can get some sunshine on his back which will clear it right up. Buy him some minutes at a tanning spa.

I'D WASH HIS BACK FOR HIM AND PUT SOME ACNE PRODUCTS ON HIS BACK TO HELP DRY IT UP AND GET RID OF IT.

Okay... bacne is totally normal ... sometimes... it's just acne on their back... plus.... it's not like your'e always examining his back, are you? well... i hope my advice can help your sticky situation
