ok i got alot of answers saying its its eggs but its not they have laid eggs in my pond and hached them. this one has been like this for a few moths now.so now what do i do i no a vet wont take a toad.

If it is a disease, you can isolate it so the others aren't infected, except if it has been that way for months, they probably already are. It could be fungus, or a tumorous growth...
Ask at a university or herpetological society - they might want to know for environmental or epidemiological reasons, or have some advice on how to help.
Maybe check the pH of your pond, see if it might need to be adjusted...

throw em out and get turtles instead!
