So, the 3rd and oldest Manning doesn't play football. He's just a regular guy who is an institutional broker. I wonder what thanksgiving is like

I wouldnt want to imagine what it is like to be the oldest brother who broke his neck while playing football at Ole Miss. I think he is extremely lucky to still be living at this point. I would think that being an institutional broker has to be fulfilling and a challenging job. As much as I like football, doing something different than football has to be nice for that family.

If you mean the oldest of the sons, I guess he gets to eat all the turkey. The Oldest Manning is Archie and he's just sitting on the couch watching his sons kick butt.

I am sure he is happy to be alive with the injury he suffered and I am sure he can school both of his brothers when it comes to football. I am sure his insight to receiving has been invalauble to both of his brothers careers. Most importantly, I am sure his father and his siblings count their blessings that they get to enjoy Thanksgiving with him every day. Now, Turkey day may be interesting 5 or 10 years from now if Payton never makes it to the Superbowl. Think of the ribbings he will get =) Go Colts!!!

he still played ball. Was a great WR with NFL potential until he broke his neck. The point is the guy did play and he knows enough football to talk shop with his bros.
