You seem to understand that isolating yourself is bad. You have to get off the computer and away from the TV. Get your $%@ moving and get some exercise. Join some groups at the college. Find some REAL people with similar interests.
You have your whole life ahead of you. This will pass if you can force yourself into action. If you simply cannot, look into psychological services your college most likely offers. Get some help if you need it. Don't be afraid to ask, because you ARE worth it.
Good luck.

It one of those human things man. There is no final resolve for these stuggles, these stages in life, but a conscious sharing or balance for each stage can help a person to maintain a reasonably sane existence. As long as you know the difference between feeling an emotion and loyalty, no problem. We know the rule for persistence over the temporary; it is reputation, ego ideal, morality. You may change your life now.

DO your school homework, DO the Assigned Readings and Projects, STUDY, GET a JOB, EARN some income -- take on some RESPONSIBILITIES of Adulthood -- because Driving is a Privilege and NOT a Right -- and to DRIVE you need INCOME.
This is HOW you get over Depression and Boredom and being Tired -- because when you do NOTHING, you have NO ENERGY to DO any thing.

what about your homework or school activites?
Is there some reason you can't work - or get your license?
If life really starts to get you so down that you can't function - please get help! LIfe is worth living and college is a big adjustment.
Do your best at school and see your counselor to see how you can participate at your school in things you are intersted in. Good luck

YOU'RE STILL YOUNG, YOU CAN DO A LOT!
WHAT INTERESTS YOU? FIND A HOBBY
DO YOUR HOMEWORK
DO HOUSEHOLD CHORES
FIND A JOB THAT YOU LIKE
LEARN TO INITIATE
FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT
BE WILLING TO TAKE RISKS
THINK POSITIVE!
BE MOTIVATED!
HOW? READ ON:
Speak loudly with passion and excitement either aloud or to
yourself inside your head. The more energy you put into it
the easier it will be to light the fire inside you that
sparks you into action.

I assume you are saying, that you are not interested in anything, school, family, friends. That you either are prevented from doing certain things. But you do not seem to have limited ability. I would assume you are depressed. You should see a counselor.
