There are possibilities.
1. If you are using Windows XP, 2000, or NT uninstall the drivers that are not working. ("Start" > "Control Panel" > "System" > "Hardware Devices"). Right click any with an !, uninstall the driver then without turning the PC off run Windows Update and this may well find the drivers you require.
2. The best way is to go the manufacturers website, or if it's custom made you have to take the side off and find the Motherboard manufacturer and model number and look on there web site.
If it's manufactured look up the manufacturer or (whoops I was about to say "Goo***") search with the make and model number.

They are effectively disabled anyway if they're in 'other devices' as they haven't got any drivers loaded.
Therefore, they shouldn't be affecting the rest of the system.

More likely you've got some other hardware fault.

Maybe you used an uncompatible driver for you hardware. You could try and reinstall a proper driver.
Maybe you also have a conflict with two hardware drivers.
