I sat down and began to ponder the answer to this question. For several minutes I thought, "What would the answer be?" Then I realised that while I was thinking about, the number probably changed by roughly half a million people, so I thought, "Forget it."
Nevertheless, I will give you an answer. On seven of the eight worlds in our solar system, the answer is zero, not including people who just think that they are on other worlds. I would say eight out of nine, but this cabal of "experts" decided to do away with Pluto, causing a lot of school science projects to be hopelessly inaccurate. :-)
No offence intended at your question, but it really is next to impossible to answer.

No one can give you an EXACT number, because you have people born and dying every day somewhere in the world. It is always a changing situation.

Even if one were able to tell you the exact number of people in the world, by the time they finished typing it in, it would no longer be correct.

No one can know exactly. Not everyone lives in a first world country with a birth certificate. But the number is approching seven billion.

About 45 or so. Mind you I'm picking the number of people in "my" world. I try not to pay too much attention to the chaotic mess happening outside my circle of friends and family.

No one knows. But the last time I counted it was a little more than 6.5 billion people.

This has a world population clock. It is changing all the time. You can compare it to previous years.
