Lord of The Rings: by J.R.R. Tolkien. By far surpasses any other piece of literature i have ever read. I have been reading it and re-reading it since i was in Year 5.Every time I finish it again, i discover something new. The imagery and story lines are so complex and varied that with growing knowledge, experience and maturity, the reader both understands more and can relate more to the trilogy while still remaining enveloped in this beautiful and vivid world Tolkien creates with his words.
