get a pair of goggles that has good suction and press it hard against your face esp during diving in.
And also try tightening the straps. It usually needs adjusting when water gets in.

IF one style isn't working and you've tried adjusting them, try a different shape and or style. I prefer swedes as they don't contain the foam or the rubber that typical goggles do which can create leaks. Swedes suction directly to the face. As long as the nose string is adjusted right, you won't have a problem maintaining the suction while you swim.

The suffactants aren't a good idea, as they're flipping expensive, especially when spit has the same effect. If your goggles are letting in water then they don't fit correctly, you should spend some time adjusting all of the variables to get it right. And make sure you're wearing them correctly.

Adjust the eye spacing and the band. They should not leak. Also to prevent fogging, you can spray the inside with a surfactant.
