They make a product called "Sap Eraser". Check your local automotive do-it-yourself center.

Simple Green and/or that Orange cleaner stuff. Both will be easy on your paint, but will strip the wax so be prepared to rewax the car. Use a soft cotton cloth (paper BAD!), old tee-shirts or underwear (sans elastic) work well. Apply the cleaning solution (undilluted) to the cloth, spritz some directly on the sap and let it soak for a moment. The sap should come off easily. If not, spritz on more cleaner and let soak a little longer. Wax your car immediately afterwards. Put on at least one (if not two) coats of wax. This will make future cleanings significantly easier.

just lots of plain water should do it. however it should be removed right away or it will leave a stain.
