It would be good to start a moderate exercise program before you get pg - like walking, light weights. The prenatal vitamins are good.
Otherwise, limit your alcohol and eat a balanced diet.

Drink orange juice for folic acid and keep taking your vitamin. Exercise, it takes a lot of energy to carry the extra weight. Also make sure that things are going well at home; pregnancy is stressful enough and you wouldn't want anything adding to that.

Eat organic foods.
A little more expensive nowadays - which is ridiculous considering we have to pay more now to get food that is not over processed.
Try a organic market.
If you have Central Market where you live try that.
eat before during and after your pregnancy
swimming helps as well!

During pregnancy stay away from gassy foods. Just eat healthy, take your prenatal vitamins and exercise and good luck!!

eat vegetables and protien every day at least 2 to 3 sevrings with the protien and 3-5 servings with vegetables
