What is this? Where is this? Does it exist?

What should I look to put on my computer so I can create 3D skyscrapers like real architects do. Does his kind of system actually exist? Do i have to pay for this I already have one system but it's not advanced enough.

look into autocad. autocad is a bit complicated and favored by architects and engineers, so just google CAD and there should be a simplier CAD software available.

drafting design programs you should be able to find one some where for free these days. I don't know where myself keep looking or maybe some engineer can leave a site for you.run a new question and look for a different category. or try Arts
