Yes I go out of my way to treat persons as I would like to be treated, EVEN strangers. Example: Open the doors in public for persons who may be to slow/handicap the elderly. Saying Thank You, and Have a nice day, All that goes a long way. I do it naturally it is apart of me, I was just at the store coming down the isle and I smelled a sent that was nice, So I passed this elderly lady and said What is that you are wearing? IT smells so good, The old lady thought I was so sweet for just making conversation with her. Just thought I'd share.

Yes of course.
I know some of them will still be greedy SOBs, but I can't help that. The only thing I can control is how I act.
In the long run, I attract nicer & more trustworthly people so it's easier to make friends. The really selfish evil people in town get a reputation and most people avoid them.

Yes, but unfortunately some persons are not accustomed to be treated nicely and to reciprocate in an elegant way.

Most of the time. Occasionally, I slip up and be a total witch, but I only act that way to the ones I love and then I apologize.

I really really do. It gives me joy and pleasure in life. I think that this is something that is very important to do. Everyone needs to be nurtured. Many people tell me I am the sweetest person consistently they've ever met. It is no sweat off my back, man. It's nice to be nice.

I try...unless they're being dickheads, then I treat them back in like. I'm not going to be nice to somebody who's treating me like garbage!

No. It's funny you asked this. My Mom and I were just discussing how hard it is to love everyone for who they are. Although I am always working to improve myself, I honestly don't think I'll ever get this one down.
