Netflix has more movies (believe it or not) and gives you more movies for less. I've tried them both. Netflix is also faster in delivering.

Netflix and Blockbuster can actually co-exist, and probably will without a winner between the two.

On-Demand, as it is being implemented by either online (Amazon UnBox and similar, like new iTunes) or via cable companies has significant flaws. UnBox and iTunes takes far too long to download to make a meaningful impact. And cable charges near enough the same for on-demand as a DVD rental (either online or instore).

Blockbuster can do anything Netflix can do plus it has a local store. On Demand would be best if it had a big enough quantity of movies - which it doesn't.

I vote Blockbuster.
