Blue!!! Mind plays a lot of games. If you are sure of what you want out of your life, you will control your mind and focus it towards the achievement of your life goal.
May be ..this is a good start...on your birthday, make an appointment with yourself, and have a detailed self talk and write down what you want out of your life. Also write down, what will you start doing from today to reach your destination.
