Some people have severe pain and low blood pressure while others just have a little spotting. The hallmark trio for suspecting ectopic pregnancy is
1) positive preg test
2) no baby in uterus on ultrasound
3) vaginal bleeding

The symptoms you describe could be an early pregnancy with an ovarian cyst. This could be either. If you are not in pain, or are not dizzy, then there is no emergency--just call the doc on Monday. But if you develop severe lower pain and/or vaginal bleeding, go to the ER ASAP!

Ive had one but caught mine early so I didnt experience alot of symptoms. The reason I went to the Dr. was cos like you...my at home pregnancy test didnt give me a really clear answer. If the possibility is there that you could be pregnant...my advice to you would be to get it checked into asap. If you are indeed pregnant and dont get checked right away...you will eventually rupture one of the tubes...which is bad news. Good luck to you.

An ectopic pregnancy feels like a normal pregnancy early on, but within about 8 weeks, you will experience bloating and abdomenal pain. If you have any indication that it could be ectopic, you need to go to your gynie IMMEDIATELY. Once it ruptures, your health is in jeapardy. I have had one and know.

Ectopic pregnancy is serious and you can die. If you suspect you may be pregnant in your tube, you need to call your physician for his/her advice now.
Ectopic pregnancy causes massive blood loss into the abdomen which leaves the pt weak, lightheaded, tachycardic and having symptoms of appendicitis because you rupture your fallopian tube. eg..a side ache on the right or the left.

An ectopic pregnancy is when a pregnancy begins to develop outside the uterus. This can be in your tubes (tubal pregnancy) or anywhere in your pelvic/abdominal cavity. A RUPTURED TUBE WILL KILL YOU. You need to be examined NOW.
