i want to wear navy eyeliner all the way around my entire eye tonight, but my eyes are really round and open big. what can i do to kind of elongate them while still making them look smoldering?

Take the line just a little past your the end corner of your eye.

Do a cat-eye look (where it gets thicker and goes out a little at the end), but instead of using the nave liner on the bottom, line it with a lighter blue thinner line of eyeshadow. I pull the fuzzy end off a q-tip and get the little tuft left wet, the using the shadow under the bottom lashes. It gives it a great, smoky look that actually changes the shape of your eye, making it look more almond shaped.

Extend your liner out more on the corners with a sweeping move. You've probably seen magazine models with this kind of make up. It kind of looks like cat eyes.

Firts of all you dont want to line your eyes all the way just the outer corner. It is all in how you apply your eye shadow not the liner to make you eyes to be more almond shape which is known to be the perfect shape.
