I think he will wear it for good. Better to be protected than not!

He will wear it for the rest of his NBA carrer. He has broken his nose so many times that if he does again without the mask his nose will totally callapse and his carrer would be over.

bcuz rip doesnt wanna jinks himself or the team what has he done without the mask did the pistons win the playoffs when he didnt have his mask

probably as long as he plays cuz his nose is permentatly messed up if he gets one more elbow to the nose his nose will like collapse! so i dont think he is willing to take that chance so he will most likely wear it until hes done w/bball

its not really necessary for him anymore but it is protective and he has said that he just feels weird without having it on and he cant play as good, so he just wears it cuz he's so used to it now.

he really dosen't need it anymore, he uses it just incase. also it is now like his trade mark, so i think he'll have it for a lot longer or at least use it for his time with detroit
