I'm not racist but i'd like to answer your question if you would like.
I agree there will always be racists of every kind. I'm Native American/Japanese and so on the outside of the 'avarage' races. Yet even in this day i've been called names that are very hurtful.
No one could send me away because America is my homeland. I've always considered everyone i meet that is born in America, American, no matter the color of skin. Anyone that says they are American is American to me. As long as they love this country as I do - it doens't matter what they look like. :)

Not a racist but I thought I'd give it a shot. You can't force people to like everyone and you certainly have people that based their likes on color - which is about the same as judging a book by its cover. Your fund idea was attempted in the 1920s or 1930s,
a large cruise ship going to Africa. Opportunity should be based on ability, determination, drive, and preservence - not color or ancestory. Do you think the Mayor of New Orleans comment to, "keep the city chocolate", helped improve or distracted from racial trust in this country? What should he have said??

It may sound cliche, but if we sent everyone back to their place of origin, the only ones left would be Native Americans since they WERE the first ones here. I'm not racist in any way, but some White people think that their the "normal, regular" race. Truth be told, Whites, of course, are of European descent - they came from France, England, Italy, etc. But because their skin is White, they're seen as the default race.

THERE"S RACISM in Africa too!
In 1994 almost a million Tutsis were murdered by Hutus back in Rwanda. And in Darfur another genocide . So if you think you can escape racism by going back to Africa, then go ahead.

you are intelligent and correct in many ways, however i am white and i didnt ask to be here either.... it goes both ways. look at it this way though, when kanye west made that crack about the president he didnt even get a slap on the wrist but if the tables were turned all hell wouldve broken loose. my cousin was rejected from georgetown because he was white... i kid you not, i read the letter ! you are so right though, racism will never cease, whether you are white, black, latino, etc....

but YOU ARE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN, regularless
You're only not african american when you travel outside of the US then you are plain AMERICAN
african is your ancestry, don't deny it
american is your nationality
for example, many cubans consider themselves mulattos in their country
but when the come her they ar Cuban Americans
No one really says well I'm Mulatto Cuban American
In my country I'm Igbo
In the US I'm an Nigerian American.
I don't walk around saying Igbo Nigerian American
it sounds stupid

If I was to be sent back to where I "came from" I would have to be sent in halves. Being biracial and all. I like my body the way it is thanks...in tact! So hell no.

I didn't ask to come here either and I am a victim of racism. I get called a white mother ****** all the time. I would send the angry african americans back to where they would be happy. I am a mix of italian and scott-irish. where do I belong? I was born here and If I had a choice, I would choose anywhere my jesus christ takes me. God Bless, I hope we find a cure to the racism on both parts.
