You want an "astronomer", not an "astrologer". Astrology is bullsh1t superstition; astronomy is the scientific study of stars and other things in the universe.
And black hole isn't a hole (despite the name). A black hole is just an object that is so large that nothing that goes closer than a certain distance to it (this distance being called the "event horizon") can escape its gravitational pull; not even light. Everything falls into it, and since light gets sucked in, it's black - thus the name, "black hole".
So to answer your question: once you go in a black hole, you don't come out.

If the technology was available, then yes of course.
Thing is though, is not a question of 'would we'. Its 'could we'
The question of traveling to another star system is a bit harder...
As far as we know, we only know that Everything is destroyed as it goes through a black hole. It is guess work that suggests it leads to another place in the universe. It's a nice one though!!

If you entered a black whole you would be disintegrated, if your thinking of a worm whole, then yes you could enter another solar system.

I cannot imagine any way to make that work, even assuming unlimited technology.
