Your English does need a lot of work. Are you more worried about the spelling and writing of English or speaking it? It would be hard to help you with speaking on this site.

Practice a bit more... i wasn't born in the USA. I was born in India actually, but my english is as good as that of any american.

yes your english is not very good but you are also not bad.... you need a little effort... try to watch english movie or hindi movies with english title..... you can do better than that....
