Im 5ft 4" in 8th grade, and I can almost touch the middle of the net. think its possible to dunk in 1 year?

if you get a really tall fast,, in a yr,,, and keep practicing,, umm i think its possible.. about 5'6-6' + should do u good,,, good luck wit it

haha yea man there is a guy in our grade who is bout 5 2 and can touch middle of net so keep practicing and jumping and you can get there but u might wanna try using a voleyball or something so you can get used 2 it

no im almost 6 foot and have about a 32 inch verical and can barely get rim. At your height youd have to be able to get 4.5 feet off the ground most nba payers can barely get a four foot vertical.

im in 8th grade i am 5-7 and i can get backboard near rim and i have the second highest if not highest vertical in my school. hope that helps :)

im 5'9 in 9th grade and i can only tap the rim and barely, so no, i can barely dunk on a 9 foot rim

You sure will be able to do that. If for some reason it takes you longer than a year. No worries just keep pushing it.

i think you could dunk in less than a year if you practice your hops and just keep goin, you can definitely do it. just work hard at it. work your way up with lower heights first.

nah bro put in the hours and for sure you'll get there easy a guy in my team is 5'5 I thik n he slams so why not u?? Oh yeah n think about getting jumpsoles they are a huge help.
