The dimes would probably win. My dad figured out that his saving dimes took up a lot less room than my Mom's saving pennies, and that they were worth 10 times as much. So then, Mom started saving quarters. But when it came time to compare who was the (relatively speaking) wealthiest, Dad always came out on top!

Given that a quarter is more than 2.5 times the volume of a dime (which could be wrong, I haven't checked, but It seems right), you could fit a higher value of dimes than quarters in a given space. So you would have the most money.

Well this boils down to whether or not a quarters volume is more or less than 2.5 times a dimes. I haven't measured them but I think they are so the dime, which also packs tighter would give you more money.

Dimes of course, they are way smaller and you could probably fit 4 times more dimes than quarters.

Wanna say quarters would be more money but then dimes are smaller. Could it work out that they'd both be the same?

I would go with the bucket of dimes....because they are smaller you can fit more and thus probably have more money.
Good question.
