I have been so busy today until have gotten no time to grab anything for the stomach. The problem is, I am planning to work out this evening. is it healthy? Also is good to work out shortly after eating?

No- your body is weak and it wont do you any good- if anything it will weaken you further.

you could devour (some thing small) a banana and a slice of entire wheat bread, for the sugar and the carbs...to furnish you some means, or like a yogurt and granola yet wait like 20-0.5-hour and then workout. And to respond to your question that's no longer solid to bypass all day hungry then attempt to workout...your body needs gasoline, a useless ringer for attempting to force a vehicle with out gasoline...is smart??

NO, if you happen to feel weak from not eating, then you might get hurt weight lifting.

So instead of eating you're sitting at the computer asking for advice about not eating and then working out?!?!?!?!?!? Get your butt into the kitchen and eat something! God, you men are soooooooo helpless!!!!!!!!!!!

At least eat a protein bar, and replan your nutrition, it can't be an afterthought if you want muscular development.

Not on an empty stomach, but you can drink a protein drink while exercising.
