Not as governor, none of his friends were caught and convicted, but you can expect him to pardon on his last day as president.

Has Bush ever pardoned any living soul, no, nor will he ever do such a thing in his political life. But on the other hand he kills hundreds if not thousands of innocent people everyday. Since the day he became your president over 350.000 innocent people have died, not to mention over 3,000 in one day in your own damn country. Is this true justice ? I ask you is this true DEMOCRACY ? most presidents wait until there last year to pardon anyone that way it won't matter if you agree with the pardon or disagree

(also he was elected in 2000....he didnt start his term as president until 2001)
