It should be 'Datdietcokedere' vs. 'Dispepsia', and the former would win, because this Pepsi here is the regular version.
A closer battle would be:
'Datdietcokedere' vs. 'Disdietpepsia'.

Okay, Diet Coke has zero calories.
Dyspepsia is a medical condition, so, technically it has no calories.
But Diet Coke is a beverage, a product that you consume.
So, technically it would win because Dyspepsia would have to forfeit. Right?
