Over. And it's the etiquette way too because if it's under, it can brush up again the wall and who knows if there is bacteria there. I read that in a book.

Over or under doesn't matter. I am just happy to find toilet paper period. Imagine having none there at all.

Over... if it's not hanging down when it's under you have to kind of search for it behind the roll, whereas over... it's usually on the top. And something about it being right by the wall bothers me lol Guess I'm just anal.

Over. But I usually find it under in public toilets - why, ya reckon? And I twist my twisties to the right on produce bags, too! But all the twisties on bread bags and such always seem to be twisted to the left?

Now this is a good one. I can't understand why it doesn't matter to some people. I like to have my tp over, so that I can take as many or a litlle peices as I wish. For me it is more convenient having my tp over instead of under.
