Drink a cup of coffee, this usually works for most people, if you don't like coffee then drink lots of water and eat more fruit. Plus get in the habit of going at the same time everyday that will help your body get into a regular routine, and if you hold it in it can actually make you more constipated so let it all out!!! This much be a New dance huh??? I think you kneel down like your gonna do it then jump up off beat after 2-3 seconds on beat...then you motion with your hand left & right behind your buns like your wiping....this is a primitive dance from the valley of Zimbawee..!!

If you are constipated, take Senocot tablets. It is mild and you will have between 6 to 12 hours to plan your ****. Expensive but much better than enemas.
