like almost all the girls that are black in my school sing so fuggin good

I guess you mean "Why do black people sing so well"?, since good is an adjective and the sentence as you know requires an adverb. They sang in tribal dances back in Africa, and just passed it on. The white people who descended from African blacks have been out of Africa for centuries, so lost the ability to sing well.

When they can't sing, they really sing like $!tt.
I know a lot of white girls who can sing well, and dance well, maybe more black girls can dance and sing, maybe they just get more of a reputation for it, or maybe they just have more rythm and soul.

Thats quite a globalization. I dont think its necessarily true either. Perhaps, that's a bit of social conditioning on your part?
