well yes it is very much safe to delete cookies. these are temporary files that were saved in your browser once you logged into a website so as for the website remembers you when you go back in. the problem is, it will slow down your computer if you dont delete those and we do recommend, (as a tech support of an ISP) provider, delete it from time to time. it is like doing some carwash regularly

To delete cookies:
When in Internet Explorer:
click Tools
click Internet Options
delete cookies
delete files (offline)
clear history (can also set days to keep pages in history to 0)
There is a pro and con to this. Many sites put a "cookie" on your computer for tracking purposes, but also so that you can return to the site more quickly.
If you download some legitimate information which contains images, and save it to a file, then delete cookies, the next time you open that file the images will probably appear as red Xs.
It is your choice and what is important to you.

It won't hurt but it's pointless. Cookies will not harm you.
If you have to do it, a better way is to click on Tools and Internet Options in Internet Explorer and then in the first tab that appears click on Delete Cookies. In the settings button you can also control how much hard drive space will be used for temp files and coookies.

It's a good practice to delete "cookies". I do it every time I'm done using the net. Then I run my spy-ware, adware, antivirus and windows defender. The best way to delete "cookies" is go to "Control Panel", "Internet Options" and then tic on the "delete cookies" button. Be aware, when you delete cookies, you will have to input all of your user names and passwords to your ISP pages and other sites that require them. If you want to be more specific about which cookies that you delete, select the "view files" button next to the "delete cookies" button and you can delete the cookies individually.

YES YOU CAN DELETE THEM. COOKIES ARE ONLY SITES YOU VISIT THAT ARE SAVED IN ORDER TO LET YOU GO BACK TO THEM FASTER. ITS EASIER TO DELETE THEM FROM YOUR INTERNET OPTIONS THO. YOU CAN ALSO DELETE YOUR TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES FROM THERE. ITS GOOD TO DELETE BOTH FROM TIME TO TIME.
