Since this is the case, what signs should I look for to know if I am prgnant since the most obvious is possibly obsolete?

I also had periods in the first trimester of my first (but not my second) pregnancy. They were significantly lighter than normal periods, though.
Look for increased apetite, having to pee all the time, and breast tenderness. Also possibly nausea, but I never had that.

I have a similar issue, so I take a pregnancy test once per month. You can get 2 or 3 test packs at stores nowadays for only about $20.

there are some women who have there period all through their pregnancy it is normal and dont stress out about it.
