these girls make fun of me because i'm good at football and i don't play with girls. i punched one in the face and she started crying. should i ignore them?

Yeah. Apparently they are jealous of you in some way.. whether its the fact you get along with guys and the guys notice you...or they are not as athletic as you.
Most girls usually talk down to someone so it makes them look better around others. They get the laughter, and the appreciation of talking about someone else. I hate it but unfortunately its true.

It's little late for the ignoring since you already punched one in the face. Now that you've started it, you'll have to keep punching. They'll start to ignore you once all their faces are punched. Keep in mind though, that you chose the more difficult path. The smarter thing to do would have been to ignore them from the beginning.

Well, it sounds like they need to leave you alone. I would if somebody punched me in the face. But to answer your question, yes, ignore them. People who make fun of someone else usually are insecure or stupid. Either way they are not worth your time. I usually laugh at people like that - sad little stupid beings.

They are just jealous,go have fun and be glad to be yourself.
Focus only on the people who bring out the positive person you want to be.
There's only so much time in a life so live it your way.
Also they could bait you into trouble!

Violence is never a good choice. Even if you are not the way they think girls should be, we should never turn against each other. Than where would that leave us? they shouldnt be teasing you and are probably just snobs. just egnore them, and please dont turn into one of those nasty girls that fight about everything.

you should talk to them, and if that doesn't work...ignore them.......I know talking to them seems kind of lame but I just started middle school and there were these girls that kept talking about me and I talked to them (actually I told the principal on them and then the principal got us to talk) and now we're cool
