RightClick on Recycle Bin and Click Properties.. then check on

"Do not move files to the Recyle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted."

OR

while deleting, use

Shift+Delete

to delete permanently from your computer.

NOTE: Difficult to recover.. ( you can't find in Recycle Bin - U need to use data recovery to trace it back)

The recycle bin is part of the system. It gives us one more chance to be sure we want to delete something. I know of know way to have items automatically deleted from the recycle bin. So far as I know, you have to open the bin, select the items you want to permanently delete, then delete.

Maybe you should give more thought to the sites you visit and files you create so you wouldn't have to worry about anyone seeing what you have in your recycle bin.

If you want to delete something so it won't even land in the recycle bin, push the shift key with the delete key.
Just be VERY sure you want to delete it, there is NO recovery possible!

all languages have a command to remove a file, directly.

You don't want to bypass the trash for your users' files!!
