Yes that's a very broad question, but I will simplify my answer. I will say whatever the issue you need to better in the community you must call for and organize a community wide meeting and serve some refreshments at the meeting or have a pot luck dinner meeting where people who attend the pot luck dinner will bring some kind of food or utensils with them. This way a social process begins and the people feel more comfortable and get to know each other and at the same time discuss the issues important to the community. This is what I have done in my community( a large city) for many years and believe me this works.

That's a pretty broad question. It depends on what area the community needs improvement in. Does it need improvement in teen pregnancy? more jobs? streets need fixed? improved access to community based programs? You need to be more specific.

work with the youths , fund raisers, festivals cheaper gas lol. Depends where you live Here in Richmond Hill its perfect lol
