What does LGBT community think about Adult sexual contact with children?

I think adult contact with children is regrettable.
Unfortunately quite a lot of adults do it.
My concern is how do you deal with these people.
Does therapy help, do certain meds help?
Would it be alright if such people could indulge their fantasies in a virtual reality environment? Would this provide them relief, thus avoiding harm to minors?
There are still many places in the world where girls are married off after menarche. (after the first period).
It's hypocritical to say pedosexuality is bad but not to do anything to remedy the situation. Pedosexuality exists everywhere, the prudent parent will take steps to ensure that his/her child is properly informed of the dangers and can recognize potentially dangerous situations.

A gay male adult having sexual contact with another gay male adult is fine. But when it comes to an adult male having sexual contact with kids, then I draw the line. Children are young, they're very simple beings, and innocent when it comes to sexual matters. They don't have the same capacity as an adult male to consent to any sexual activity.

I think time in a corrective institution is way to good for anyone who even considers it. Thats just sick. Children are not adults and should not be put into any kind of adult situations, espeacially sexual ones. Let them be kids.

The LGBT community finds it abhorrent. Why don't you go discuss it with the heterosexuals close family members and friends, Priests and Youth Ministers of the victims, they are the ones that have the greater likelihood of molesting a child......

That's not an interesting question. It's pedophilia. It's sick. It has little to do with homosexuality. It's committed by straight men against girls 85% of the time. And, 30% of the time it's done by family, 60% of the time by trusted family friends or acquaintances.
I hate when that type of crap is posted here as if we don't find it just as horrifyingly wrong as healthy straight people.

regardless of whether or not this is the LGBT community or not , sexual contact with childern is just wrong . Why would you ask a question like this ........ everyone should know it is just plain WRONG !!!!

The Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Transsexual community does not equate to pedophile. Your question alludes to your prejudice. You probably also suffer from the delusion that violence is somehow erotic and rape is a sexual crime rather than an act of violence with power issues. Grow up.
