Depends on the cut of meat I guess...I'd say red since most of our body is muscle. (At least all of the text book diagrams of the human inside show the muscles to be red.)

Now, the rump roast may be different but not sure I'd want to eat that part of a human. Wonder if we taste like chicken?

We are both red and white meat. Human meat is sweet and stringy. It is well done at about 180%, Best serve with red wine and just a little bit of kippers. Now the human ribs are great for a out door BBQ with corn on the cob and just a sprinkle of soy sauce. The human brain can be mash up into patties and serve as burgers with the normal toppings. The bowls can be use to make sausage with any left over uncooked meat that is boil down to remove any fat. Like any other meat you need to pick and choose depending on your cooking style and taste.

The most common parts of cow, an pig that are eaten are red, or white. These parts consist of the muscular portion of the flesh. As a surgical assistant, I can at est to the fact that human muscle is red meat. I can also tell you that I have smelt human muscle burning with a cautery device, and it is not an appetizing smell.

You're misinformed about animal "meat." Muscles are red, and fat is white; that is what you're seeing across animals.

I don't like even thinking about it, but I assume you'd see the same with humans.

It's a scary thought, but I've heard humans called long pork, so I would assume it would be the same as pigs.

Well, since human flesh is commonly referred to as "long pork", I suspect red and white.
