You are asking for opinions about bisexual men on an open forum, you are very brave. Personally, I dont like the idea of bisexual, or homosexual relationships but that is me. That doesnt of course, mean I am about to shave my head and go bashing.
In answer to your question, I think you need consider the realtionship carefully. In reading your question, it sounds like you have some reservations about his appearance, etc. anyway.
My biggest concern is that if he is willing to dump someone for you then what is to stop him from doing that to you?

Well then. I can tell you that love is complicated. You cant control who you have feeling towards to. As long as he likes you and that you like him, theres nothing else you can do. Just go out with him and try to create a good relationship.
