Well, I guess when your time is up. Everyone has to die of something at some time. None of us are gauranteed even a single second beyond what we have right now. To me though...I guess the perfect time to die would be after a long life spent loving my Julie...I'd prefer that she went after me because I don't want to live through losing her...but if I had to I guess I'd not want to live much longer and to die in my sleep. She's in England right now and I will be with her soon...I miss her so much I can't even express it in words...she really does mean more to me than I could ever say...~sigh~

Your question has stirred many with various emotions & reactions. Because of our freedom in the USA & our history, I think many have decided a right time to die for them was in fighing for our country, from it's beginning some 200+ years ago to it's present situation today. Do many of us feel strongly enough about something that our fight will make a difference in the lives of our families, friends, our country, people in general? Those times we do not choose it as the right time to die, but the fight is worthy of dying in the process. Your question also presents another to think about. Is there a wrong time to die? I think there is. Anytime we use it to excape or tired of not coping well with the situation or situations around us. I am not saying those times are easy, but little is gained by coping out for others to handle things.

I believe there is a right time to die. For me that would be when I have lived a life where I taught as many things to as many people as possible. I would like to die before I became a burden to my family. That is pretty important to me.

You need to decide on your definition of right? If you prepare for death, the time of your death will be "right". If you spend every day indulging in idle pleasures thinking you will never die, then you will feel great regret at your time of death. You will think, "this is not right, I should not die today".

Everyday we wake up and think. "I am going to have a great day".
It is worth noting when we wake up, "I may die today".
The first statement makes us feel good and ready for the day. The second thought makes us act good all day. You define what good actions are. Whatever they are, a person who knows they are dying does not do foolish things and waste their last moments of life.

When it's your time. Nothin you can do about it and if you try to time it things are bound to screw up at the last second. Just live right, be good, strong, freestanding and don't worry about it. You might live longer or at least have a better life if you don't fear death. If you don't fear it then why care about when it will come. To everything there is a season. Read Eclesiastes (can't spell) or listen to the six jokers cards.(ICP) Life is Tha Carnival and God is tha Ring Master!

Yes,the Bible says,it is appointed unto man to die once, and after this the Judgment. Many people say,why did he/she have to die so young? Answer,it was their time to die.Everyone know's their birthdate, but none of us know's our expiration date(and we all have one, just like a jug of milk has an expiration date on it).No matter if it's an infant that dies,it was time for that infant to die.Death is hard to take, but it is part of life.

Our lives would be flat and barren were it not for the deeply moving experiences we call emotions. True, emotions such as fear and anger are often upsetting and sometimes destructive. However, they also help us with the world and meet its crisis, motivating us to action. Our emotions such as love and joy, greatly enriches our lives.
Our lives end only when the brain ceases its last flicker of activity.

Yes. At the very end of your life is the perfect time. When your heart stops beating and your lungs refuse to draw in air, you will know that the time has come.

I think alot of older people and people who are suffering a great deal of physical stress say thay are "ready". Others like child molesters and murderers, well, they cant die soon enough
