i wrote a 5 page review on a topic for my work.....now when i was done instead of saving I (moron) deleted it ...is there n e way to retreave it or is it gone forever. someone help me please

Did you empty the trash can yet? If you are using windows open the trashcan and tell it to restore the file

when you say you deleted it do you mean you said no to keeping the changes
if you deleted it, it will be in the recycle bin
If you didn't save it, then i expect it has gone for good.
