Hmmm... well ebay may work. Certainly worth a shot.

Try contacting Getz Manufacuring and see if they deal with used units at all...

By all kinds do you mean several brands, or do you mean various types such as CO2, dry, water, and halon. There is no machine that will refill all types. As for refilling an extinguisher you don't really even need an actual machine. If you are doing service and need to reclaim the unused chemical then that is a different story.

You will need a nitrogen tank and the proper fittings for the brand you plan to refill. You can't fill with compressed air as this will cake the dry chemical agent. You will also need valve stems, o-rings, and other various replacement parts.

Take it to your local fire station. They do it for free or for like $5 and they are the pros!

try e-bay, although it's a big pain and a lot of liability if you do them yourself, or for others..
