when he's at your house , get on the phone with one of your girl friends and tell her you walked in on him in the bathroom whacking off and (make sure he hears you - laugh really loud, too) you couldn't believe how small it was. 'he was using only 2 fingers - not his hand'.
trust me when i say that boys NEVER get over it. not even when they are 40 or 50. they will still have a complex about it.

Just don't "happen to be around" if he's around. Don't make a big deal out of anything he happens to get the chance to say to you. Just kind of do a disgusted sound and leave.
If its really too bad, and if your brother has him around too much or if its just not possible for you to casually not be in the same room as he is, then talk to your parent(s) and ask them to ask your brother to leave the friend outside or else tell his friend to cut the crap or he can't come in the house any more.

Next time he is mean and rude, walk up to him stare him in the face then with all your might grab his manhood and squeeze the living crap out of it, then tell him either start being nice to you or just leave you alone. Hold on to it for a few more sec's just to get the point across.

Tell someone, your parents , and ask to stop. if not stopped then ignore . don't be mean back it is just being the way your brothers friend is being.to you. ignore and don't let on it bothers you, he will get tired of being ignored and he will let you alone.

kick his as_s! my brother had friends that were mean to me and after i freaked em out a little, they left me alone. most guys are not as tough as they think they are and pretend to be. all you have to do is show that you aint afraid of them or at least pretend like you arent and make it believable. they'll prolly leave you alone after that. if they know that you wont take their shi_t anymore, chances are they wont mess with you anymore... or you could just make out with them lol j/k
