that's not really a contest - p.diddy is more of an entertainer, he hypes all the artists on bad boy records and then puts out a couple cds in between...he doesn't really have the skills of a lyricist, all his songs are pretty repetitive...and his delivery isn't very special - lil jon on the other hand has a style...he has the whole crunk image and he raps in a way that doesnt copy other artist...so i'd say lil jon

That depends on your preference of style. Lil Jon does crunk, a sort of dirty southern style, while P Diddy uses a northern, cool and fly, money clothes and hoes, type style.
Edit: Go for underground. All underground artists are better than both of them.
