As young or as old (within reason) as you feel you are physically, emtionally, mentally, and financially stable enough to have a family. And of course, once you know you have found the right person to live with for the rest of your life.

In general the younger you have a child after you reach physical maturity the better. However in these modern time when many women are expected to perform career wise I'd say maybe right after they get out of college and or grad school. So that would be around 22-28 would be optimum.

After raising the children to the point they can go to school which is what 6 years of age or so then such women can enter the work force between the ages of 28-34. This might also be contingent on how many children one wants which might further push the age of entering the work force to a later age.

At least 30 for marriage and then its really up to the couple when they want to and can afford to have children.
People seem to always be in a hurry to get married, but getting married later in life has many advantages. Consider that the first 10-15 years that one is out of high school or college they are trying to establish themselves...build a career...relocating....making new friends. These are all distractions to marriage and family life. But if one waits until their career is, at least, partially established they would probably be in a better financial and emotional place to get married and have a family.

Have children when you can provide for them; and wait till you are 80 to think about getting married and then think twice.
