DUMP your felon boyfriend and get your daughter back. Do it now!! You should not be hanging with a convicted felon anyway. Way too much baggage for you. Hope this helps. I know its stern, but you must do it.

Find an attorney that will let you pay them out... there are many that will. Just dont look for the ones on tv, they only want the money to begin with.
You also need to show that you have a better way of living and not with a felon or anything like that because of them having a record of any kind makes them taboo to courts. Not that all of them are bad when they get out. we all need a second chance sometime.
Anyway... you will have to prove that you are capable of taking care of her without the help of another person and that you have a home and good job and someone that is dependable to help watch her while you work. That helps. Plus keeping out of trouble with the law is a good one.

Good Luck again.

ok, try writing the court and explain the above along with any evidence you may have. Youre going to have to try to overturn the judges original decision which is going to be harder, and does not help with two states but youre going to have to decide what you really want. If you can prove shes in a hostile and abusive environment, you should have no problem, but you will need concrete proof and not her saying its so as thats hearsay and wont help. Having another child by another man should have no bearing on the first. Try and get a hold of a paralegal as he can help you

I just love these complicated ridiculously-long, meandering, single-sentence questions that no one can possibly answer! How the hell can we offer any kind of reasonably good response when we have no idea about the situation?

Thank god there is a character limit, or we have to read even more of this pathetic tale.
