The sounds with the new Yahoo! Messenger have changed a lot since the last version. You will not be able to get the Buzz sound back, you can always try to find another sound by changing settings:
> Log in to Y! Messenger
> Click on Messenger on the menu bar
> Click on Preferences
> Choose sounds from the left and you will be able to change them

I wasn't but I didn't like it anyway.. I switched back to 7.5....
