Yes, Kosovo is historically Serbian since the middle ages. What has occurred to the old Serbian Orthodox churches in the region is nothing short of criminal. Serbians needs to stay in order to preserve the history, heritage, and the holy places.

I think so. It makes car pooling much easier plus they would only need one flag.
